Lanthanum Cerium Oxide used for catalysis, wastewater treatment, as the raw material of producing LaCe metal. Lanthanum-cerium oxide is a versatile and valuable material with a range of applications in catalysis, fuel cells, polishing agents, and optical technologies. Its unique combination of properties, including excellent thermal stability, oxygen storage capacity, and redox behavior, makes it an essential material in both industrial and technological fields. |
Physical Properties | This material generally appears as a fine powder with a white to yellowish color, depending on the specific ratio of La to Ce. It has a high melting point, thermal stability, and good mechanical strength. |
A series of lanthanum-cerium oxides with different lanthanum content were synthesized by low-temperature solid-state method, and the effect of lanthanum content on the thermal conductivity and near-infrared reflectance of lanthanum-cerium oxide ceramics was systematically investigated.
Lanthanum-cerium oxides have promising potential for high temperature thermal protection. In this paper, lanthanum-cerium oxides with different La contents were synthesized by hydrothermal method and subsequent thermal treatment.
