The company attaches great importance to scientific and technological innovation, and jointly established the "Joint Laboratory of New Rare Earth Catalytic Materials" with the Baotou Rare Earth Research and Development Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and established a long-term cooperative relationship with the Xiamen Institute of Rare Earth Materials of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The two sides have realized resource sharing and complementary advantages through joint research and development projects, technical exchanges and training, and have continuously improved their research and development strength.
In 2020, the company will build a pilot production line for rare earth application materials in Baotou Rare Earth Research and Development Center base in Inner Mongolia, mainly producing medicinal rare earth catalytic materials, and the production line will be put into operation in 2021. In 2023, the company will build an annual production line of 2,000 tons of high-purity organic rare earth materials, extend the product line downward, enrich the product structure, further expand the application range of products, and provide a broader choice for the digestion of lanthanum, cerium and other high-abundance rare earth elements and increase their added value. The company is the first large-scale professional production of synthetic catalytic materials in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, filling the industry gap.
